Sa Majesté la reine décerne à Cecil Humphery-Smith, principal de l’Institut d’Etudes héraldiques et généalogiques à Cantorbéry, l’insigne d’officier de l’Ordre excellentissime de l’Empire britannique pour son action pédagogique au service de la généalogie et de l’héraldique.

Her Majesty The Queen invests Cecil Humphery-Smith, Principal of The Institute of Heraldic and Genealogical Studies (Canterbury), with the insignia as an Officer of The Most Excellent Order of the British Empire for services to education in Genealogy and Heraldry.
